WINES
We try to make a wine with a character of its own, without following fashion or trends.

The chosen grape varieties as well as the system of planting are well adapted to our soil and climate.
​
The grapes are handpicked from start September until end October, at their perfect level of maturation.
​
The fermentation of the wine takes place in a totally natural way, without adding selected yeasts, in open vats. We practice long macerations on the skins for the red grapes and short-term maceration on the white ones.
​
Wine aging takes place in concrete tanks and in French oak truncated cone barrels that do not give smells and flavors to the wine that could cover its characteristics.
​
The wines are not filtered , and not clarified. We add a minimum of sulfur, when bottling.
We make red wines from Frappato, Nero d'Avola, Grenache and Nerello Mascalese grapes.
​
Our white wine is made from the Vermentino grape .

Our Rosato is made from Frappato , Nero d’Avola and Moscato-grapes
